Well of course seeing that we beat out GWU brings a smile to my face (if only for the blow to their egos).
I think the methodology they use is certainly interesting (although whether it's better or worse than US News, I'm not sure, they're all pretty flawed). If you take a look at the comments, there is certainly a lot of bellyaching, generally centered around the fact that it's not what people are used to (i.e. US News).
One notable difference is that all the schools they decided to rank are on one list, instead of split up like on US News. Whether that actually helps make it relevant or not, again, no idea. However, 260 isn't bad considering that it's ranking significantly more schools than the "National Universities" list on US News.
Some other notable schools we beat out (that would be in the "National Universities" category on US News for sake of fair comparison):
